My firm belief is that we can all maintain our strength and fitness as we get older.  My aim is to energise and motivate individuals to change their lives sustainably. We work together to make training sessions with me not only effective but enjoyable too, in a non-intimidating and friendly environment. Exercise can be fun!

My clients feel stronger and mentally uplifted after their fitness coaching sessions and proud of their achievements too - with improved confidence in their abilities.  It's super important to me that we build confidence!

Thoroughly supported throughout their programmes to bring about behaviour and habit change, clients regain control and start to feel positive and buzzing about the long term future of their physical and mental health.

I welcome everyone looking to start or maintain their fitness journey - it's never too late. I trained as a Personal Trainer later in life, and so now at the age of 51, offer an authenticity in the Personal Training industry.
